Today is picture day to wrap up our New Years weight loss challenge.

Final before and after photos and weigh-ins must be submitted by 7pm this Wednesday night.

And this week… we’re handing out some BIG prizes.

Here’s what’s on the line for greatest percentage of weight loss:

1st Place – 6 Months FREE
26 weeks x $55 = $1,430 value

2nd Place – 3 Months FREE
13 weeks x $55 = $715 value

3rd Place – 1 Month FREE
4 weeks x $55 = $220 value

4th Place – $100 Membership Credit

5th Place – $50 Membership Credit

That’s over $2,500 in membership value being awarded this week!

We’ll also be drawing for our Accountability Card entries, awarding:

It was momentum. It was building healthy habits that carry you forward!

Spring Break is about six weeks away.

We already sent out the Spring Break Training Plan last week.

If you didn’t see it, go back and open it or reply with the words “Spring Break” and I’ll personally send it to you.

Now remember the foundation:
✔️ 100 ounces of water per day 
✔️ 100 grams of protein per day 
✔️ Strength train 3–5 times per week 
✔️ 100,000 steps per month minimum 
(10,000 steps per day is a great goal)

THAT is the base.

❌ Supplements come after. 
❌ Ice baths come after. 
❌ Contrast therapy comes after. 
❌ All the trendy, gimmicky stuff comes after.

If your foundation isn’t strong, you’ll spend the rest of the year chasing fad to fad.
