HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS (THE BIG PICTURE)

WAY TO WIN #1: RESULTS (WEIGHT LOSS)
This is where it all started for us back in 2012.
For the people who want clear rules and clear outcomes.
The person who loses the highest percentage of weight compared to their starting weight will be the winner.
Percent weight loss = (Total pounds lost ÷ Starting weight)
➡️ Initial weigh-ins the week of January 12
➡️ Final weigh-in deadline is February 25 @7pm
➡️ Biggest overall weight loss wins the biggest prizes
PLUS 2nd through 5th place also win prizes!

WAY TO WIN #2: HABITS & ACCOUNTABILITY
This lane is for people who already “know what to do” but want structure and guardrails to tighten things up.
You’ll earn entries by consistently hitting:
• Step goals
• Protein goals
• Workout goals
Every completed habit earns you an accountability card entry into the raffle.
More consistency = more chances to win.
This lane rewards:
• Showing up
• Doing the basics well
• Building momentum early in the year
This is how you avoid the January-February crash and actually keep your results all year long.
WAY TO WIN #3: EFFORT, ENERGY, AND COMPETITION
This is where the fun lives.
At the end of workouts, we’ll run short daily finishers that change constantly.
✅ Some days it’s about completion.

Partners and teams are shuffled constantly so you’re always working with different people.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TWO WEEKS?
Week three begins on the third Monday of the challenge.
If you choose to continue, you’ll roll directly into a normal LiveFit Athletics membership.
During your second week, Erin from our team will reach out to confirm:

• Your billing frequency
• Your preferred payment method

All memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time before the next renewal.
