Workout your healthy body parts and in-between sets stretch out your injured areas.

Getting late? Shut up and train 🤬

It will still be late afterwards, but you’ll be proud of yourself and sleep better.

No motivation? Shut up and train 🤬

Most people don’t. It took me 30 minutes to get going today, but I’m way more motivated to workout tomorrow now.

Too old? Shut up and train 🤬

How else do you expect to feel younger without moving your body? If you don’t use it, you lose it.

There is no perfect workout. The more things you try, the more things you will find that you like.
