MONDAY: Kickstart Your Week
We make Mondays easier to show up for, because starting is the hardest part!
You’ll see a fun mix of bodyweight movements, a little bit of ab training, a touch of weightlifting, and lots of cardio.
This helps fire up your metabolism after the weekend and gives you a big calorie-burning boost to start your week strong.
TUESDAY: Strength + Sweat
Tuesday is our first heavier lifting day of the week.
Between sets, we sprinkle in cardio movements and core work to keep your heart rate up and maximize fat burning while building strength.
You’ll leave feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished.
WEDNESDAY: Weight Wednesday
No cardio distractions… just pure strength training.
Wednesday is your day to focus on great form, lifting heavier, and building lean muscle.
More muscle = a faster metabolism and a stronger body!
THURSDAY: Balanced Challenge
Thursdays are a mix of everything: weights, bodyweight exercises, cardio bursts, and core work.
It’s a great all-around workout to keep building strength, burning fat, and challenging your body in different ways, especially for those who end their week with us on Thursday.
FRIDAY: Fun Friday
We keep Fridays fun each week mixing up with team workouts, partner challenges, mat workouts or timed repetition workouts.
It’s about pushing yourself, having fun, and ending the week with a win!
SATURDAY: ABC Saturdays (Abs, Booty, Conditioning)
Our most popular workout of the week! Saturdays are all about legs, abs, and cardio.
Expect an awesome leg-focused workout mixed with core and conditioning to finish your week feeling strong, toned, and energized.
