Staying hydrated is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to boost your energy, improve digestion, and enhance workout performance.
As part of the Keep it 100 Challenge we’re focusing on drinking at least 100 oz of water daily, and I’ve got a game plan to make it easy for you!

Here’s how to make it happen:
✅ Start your morning strong: Drink 16-20 oz of water first thing to wake up your body and metabolism.
✅ Spread it out: Aim for 24-30 oz mid-morning, another 24-30 oz in the afternoon, and 20-25 oz before dinner. If needed, sip 10 oz before bed without overloading your system.
✅ Hydrate around workouts: Drink 12-16 oz before training, sip 8-16 oz during, and replenish with 16-24 oz post-workout.
✅ Reduce bathroom trips: Sip steadily instead of chugging, drink with meals, and add electrolytes for better water retention.
==> Need an extra boost? If you’re sweating a lot, feeling sluggish, or experiencing muscle cramps, adding electrolytes can improve absorption and keep you feeling great.
When you stay hydrated, you’ll notice:
✔ Increased energy & focus
✔ Faster workout recovery
✔ Better digestion & metabolism
✔ Reduced bloating and healthier skin
Are you ready to make hydration a daily habit?
Two ways that I’ve seen clients have the most success is
- using a tracker bottle or
- setting reminders on your phone to keep you on track.
Little changes like this done consistently is how you Live Fit.
