Your Spring Break Game Plan Starts Now

Hey LiveFit friends,

Next Monday, the 23rd, is our final weigh-in for our New Year’s Transformation.

Some of you are already 4–6 weeks deep into new habits: stronger, leaner, more energy, feeling better. I love it!

Others haven’t quite started yet. Cold weather. Busy schedule. No clear game plan.

That’s exactly why we’re rolling out our Spring Break Readiness Program.

Easter falls on April 5th, which gives us about six weeks to make real, noticeable progress.

Here’s the game plan ⬇️⬇️

Weeks 1–2: Build Consistency
February 23rd – March 8th

➡️ 100 daily reps on your stubborn body parts 
➡️ 100 grams of protein every single day

This is about building simple habits that stack wins fast.

Weeks 3–4: Step It Up
March 9th – March 22nd

➡️ 3–5 workouts per week (20–40 minutes) 
  ✔️ LiveFit Boot Camp workouts 
  ✔️ Personal training sessions 
➡️ 10,000 steps per day

By this point you’ll already have:

✅ 4 weeks of 100 daily reps 
✅ 4 weeks of 100g protein 
✅ 2 weeks of structured workouts 
✅ 2 weeks of consistent 10k steps

Momentum builds confidence. Confidence builds results.

Weeks 5–6: Turn Up the Heat
March 23rd – April 5th

➡️ Continue 3–5 weekly workouts 
➡️ Push your finishers harder (either more cardio or reps) 
➡️ Add intensity tools like: 
  ✔️ Intermittent fasting 
  ✔️ Closer nutrition tracking 
  ✔️ MyFitnessPal Mastery 
  ✔️ Our Intermittent Fasting Plan

This is where we tighten everything up and let the results show.

Spring break doesn’t have to sneak up on you.
