New Client Kickstart – Bootcamp, Private Training & Nutrition

the perfect fitness kickstart for new or injured clients

LiveFit is now in it’s 13th year in business helping women and men of all ages to get fit in Pasco County. 

During that time we’ve had over 103,000 check-ins on Facebook and over 5,000 new clients. We’ve helped A LOT of people!

But one of the areas we’ve failed is having a dedicated program to helping our newest clients. 


Previously we’d pair up a new client with an experienced member or one of our assistant trainers to stay with them throughout their first workout or two. 

This works great…but only for about 50% of people.

For anyone with injuries, balance issues or just completely inexperienced, joining bootcamp can be intimidating. 


➡️ They most likely don’t know what weights or proper form to use. 

➡️ They most likely don’t know the names of the exercises and terms that the coaches are using. 

➡️ The pace of the workouts might also be too fast. 

For these reasons, we launched our New Client Kickstart program in January and the results has been awesome!

What do I consider awesome? 

1) All 3 of our initial clients to complete the program are 3 people that would have NEVER considered doing bootcamp based on their age, injuries or ability level

2) 2 out of the 3 have already started adding in bootcamp workouts into their routine, and the 3rd is going to start next week

3) 2 out of the 3 got so much value and like their private sessions so much that they have continued with private sessions in their routine

What is included in the Kickstart Program? 

 4 personal training sessions covering every movement you’d see in a bootcamp workout each week

✅ personalized form and weight instruction, plus any necessary modifications needed to help you progress your strength and ability

✅ access to 3x bootcamp sessions weekly for 2 weeks to start integrating into more advanced workouts

NOTE- you can do PT and Bootcamp together for 2 weeks, or 2 weeks of PT then transition to 2 weeks of Bootcamp (4 total weeks)
