PROGRAMS

Bootcamp

30-45 minute fun and challenging group training workouts with modifications provided for all ages, ability levels or pre-existing injuries.

Private Training

1-on-1 workouts working directly with a coach to achieve your goals, increase strength and improve your stubborn body parts.

Semi-Private Training

Small groups of two or three clients with similar abilities and goals, working directly with a coach to achieve your goals, increase strength and improve your stubborn body parts.

Legends 55+

This program for clients 55+ is focused entirely on building strength, improving balance and increasing mobility! Every low impact workout is injury friendly and can be customized to your ability level.
