Our New Years transformation challenge is one of our most popular challenges of the year!

All of our clients get broken up into 2 trainer-led teams to provide comradery, support and coaching. 

Each client starts the challenge with a fitness “BINGO” style board with healthy lifestyle goals to achieve throughout the month.

All ability levels are able to participate together and everything is scaled to each person’s skill and fitness level. 

You’ll start and end the challenge with a personal assessment to measure your weight loss, body fat percentage lost, exercise improvement and more 💪🔥

All LiveFit members are included for FREE!!!

We offer 4 free challenges throughout the year to our clients to keep them motivated, making progress and keep it fun to get fit. 

By having a new 4-6 week challenge every 3 months, you’re always focusing on getting stronger and healthier all year long.

Step #1 – fill out the form below to setup a conversation with Erin (new member specialist) to review your goals, budget and needs

Step #2 – Erin will review plan options with you and get you setup on a plan that’s best for you and schedule your first workout

Step #3 – you’ll be welcomed by our onboarding team with our manager Ashley and our client success manager Valerie 

Step #4 – the onboarding team will schedule your measurements, nutrition orientation and set you up with the tools you need to succeed. 

Step #5 – enjoy the workouts, coaching and community of LiveFit. Then we re-evaluate your progress every 30 days!
